🔑 How to Log In to Our Customer Knowledge Base

Follow these simple steps to access your account and get the most out of our support system:


Step 1: Check Your Email

  • Look for an invitation email from Quality Cleaning Equipment & Supply

  • Click the “Accept Invitation” button inside the email.



Step 2: Set Your Password

  • After clicking the invitation, you'll be redirected to our Knowledge Base.

  • Create a secure password for your account.

  • Click “Save” or “Continue” to proceed.



Step 3: Customize Your Profile

Once you're logged in:

  • Upload a profile picture (optional but helpful for team communication).

  • Set your timezone so we can better coordinate with you.

  • Update your display name and contact information.


Step 4: Create Support Tickets

  • From your dashboard, click “New Ticket” to:

    • Request maintenance or service

    • Report an issue or concern

    • Ask for product support or training

  • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

  • Submit your ticket and our team will respond promptly.
