Need assistance? Submitting a ticket is quick and simple. Here’s how you can do it:


Two Easy Ways to Start a Ticket

  1. From the Home Page:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Knowledge Base home page.

    • Click the “Submit Ticket” button.

OR

  1. Through the Tickets Section:

    • On the home page, click “Tickets” from the top menu.

    • Then click “Add Ticket.”



Step-by-Step Ticket Creation

  1. Choose a Classification:

    • Select the category that best fits your issue or request (e.g., Maintenance, Parts, Equipment, etc.).

  2. Enter a Subject:

    • Provide a short, clear title for your ticket (e.g., "Scrubber Not Turning On").

  3. Add a Detailed Description:

    • Explain the issue, request, or question in detail to help us serve you better.


  4. Set the Priority:

    • Choose how urgent the issue is (Low, Medium, High).

  5. Attach Photos (Optional but Helpful):

    • Upload images to help us better understand the issue.


Final Step: Click “Submit”

  • Once everything is filled out, click “Submit” to send your ticket to our team.

  • You’ll receive confirmation and can track the status from your dashboard.
