Need assistance? Submitting a ticket is quick and simple. Here’s how you can do it:
From the Home Page:
Scroll to the bottom of the Knowledge Base home page.
Click the “Submit Ticket” button.
OR
Through the Tickets Section:
On the home page, click “Tickets” from the top menu.
Then click “Add Ticket.”
Choose a Classification:
Select the category that best fits your issue or request (e.g., Maintenance, Parts, Equipment, etc.).
Enter a Subject:
Provide a short, clear title for your ticket (e.g., "Scrubber Not Turning On").
Add a Detailed Description:
Explain the issue, request, or question in detail to help us serve you better.
Set the Priority:
Choose how urgent the issue is (Low, Medium, High).
Attach Photos (Optional but Helpful):
Upload images to help us better understand the issue.
Once everything is filled out, click “Submit” to send your ticket to our team.
You’ll receive confirmation and can track the status from your dashboard.
